ANDOVER --- The preservation of 55 units of affordable housing is at risk, after the apartments, which are part of a larger 220-unit development, have been put on the market. If sold, the loss of these affordable units will place Andover below the 10 percent affordable housing threshold, making it subject to 40B development proposals.
