WESTFORD, January 28, 2005 --- The town's effort to increase its supply of affordable housing took a major step forward today when a ceremony was held marking the beginning of construction of 15 units of affordable rental housing for families.

The effort illustrates MHP's ability to spark neighborhood revitalization at the grass-roots level, and then support it over the long haul with long-term fixed rate financing.

GROTON, April 23, 2007 --- State and local leaders will gather on Wednesday, May 9 to celebrate the grand opening of nine new affordable apartments, created under the town's inclusionary zoning bylaw. MHP provided early technical assistance and then committed $778,000 in first- and second- mortgage financing.

HYANNIS, April 24, 2002 --- MHP is providing permanent financing for Aunt Sarah's Place. A former boarding house, the building has been completely renovated and now features one-room, studio and single room apartments within walking distance of downtown Hyannis.
